Toan Dinh
Managing Director
Toan brings over 20 years of financial industry experience to oversee client relationships and deal execution. Before joining Impact Vietnam, he held key roles at Deloitte Vietnam, PetroVietnam Finance Company, and the Vietnam Business Challenge Fund. He holds a Master’s degree from Anglia Ruskin University, a degree from the National Economics University in Hanoi, and has passed the CFA Level II exam.

Claus Frost-Hansen
Senior Advisor — Europe — 40 years experience
Claus has advised Impact Vietnam since 2018, working regularly in Vietnam while based in Europe, and is well acquainted with the local business environment and active investors. He has managed consulting projects for over 40 years across Europe, Asia, the Former Soviet Union, the Middle East, and Africa, including as a partner at Deloitte and other international consultancies. Claus holds a Master of Science (Econ.) from Copenhagen Business School.
